New Crap and a Long-Winded Explanation

So I haven’t even been able to keep up with the pitiful “one rearingyourtween.com post a month” schedule.  I have a number of reasons (excuses) but I’ll chalk it up to:

-Different projects

-A constant stream of friends visiting from out of town

-Not getting any money from the project, which is downright socialist.

Anyhoo, I applied for a grant to spiffy up the “video” section and reboot the series, I’ll be working on that this summer.   And I wrote a new part that I’ll finish soon.  And I have some other projects I’m working on at the same time.

This is the second year I designed the T-Shirt for the US Shark Championship:

This is what it’ll look like on the shirts:

Also, I drew a comic for http://markprindle.com, my favorite record reviewer and his dog Henry, who appears in markprindle.com’s “Waggy Weekly Wphoto.”

I started doing some construction drawings.  Here’s one:

So I guess I’m just trying to prove I’m not lazy.  Good work takes time.

Rearing Your Tween – Music 2

America the Pretty

I drew this image after traveling across the country.  I drew the outline in ink, scanned it in and colored it on a computer. If I had a studio, I would make it a 7 layer screen print.  That’s on the backburner till I get a studio.

I’m going to try to post more drawings in the coming months.
